I apologise for how late the reply to your letter is; I was in an enchanted sleep and only woke up yesterday.

Those that I know that can give more information on Shards and their activation, at least those that are Seelie aligned, are the Shardholder Lancelot and the Shardholder Atta, also known as the Fire-Friend. Lancelot was my teacher and I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you with any questions you might have.

There is also information in the library at Caer Glaem, and the libraries at the Tower of the Oracle in Leathann.

Shard activation can be done in many ways, depending on how a person learns and how they go on to teach their students. I'm sure that you'll find quite a lot of information - and if there's anything else I can do to help then, please, let me know.

I'm fine, I promise. I don't think I've slept so well in years!

I'll always be here if you need anything. I have some reports and research about old shard battles and shardbearers, if you'd like to read those, but otherwise everything I've learned is from Lancelot or from people that have done quests for me.
