I haven't been there myself, but from the videos? It doesn't look like a particularly nice place. What, exactly, is bothering you about it?

Nothing I can put my finger on, but when I mention where I'm at through the lockets, there's often this expression of '...oh, I see.'

I know there's a war between the courts, but are people really buying into it so quickly?

I don't know, really. It seems like people view the Unseelie's as the "bad" lot and the Seelie as the "good" without really thinking about it. [ She huffs out a noise, frustrated. ] I know it seems like there are a few bad people over on your side but it can't be that black and white.

[ Someone has to be that voice in Harry's head that knocks him and reminds him about reason and common sense -- it just so happens that Hermione has been the real life version of that voice since she was twelve. ]

I'm sure there are some rather nasty people here, too -- nut an architect? She designs buildings?

[ Maybe Harry has a few lingering insecurities about almost being sorted Slytherin. He'd like to be able to chalk all that up to the bit of Riddle that was stuck in his head, but that's not really realistic, is it?

A few of the people that replied to my video earlier are pretty incredible. Some of them are the children of the Greek Gods - Zeus, Hecate, all of them! Isn't it just fascinating?

You know, when we get back, there's going to be so much we can share about other magical systems. If ours works here and their's - a general 'their' - works here, then why can't we try out how other systems work?

[ Why not play with possibly dangerous bad-idea forces? ]

I'm not sure. It's just a thought I had - why would we? Why would they want us to remember?

[ There's a long pause. ]

But Ginny, she never mentioned this. Do you think the stories about changelings could be real then? That the Ginny we know, from after the war, isn't really Ginny?

Protection? For us, and them - I'm not sure, really.

[ She breathes out, thinking. ]

No, it's definitely our Ginny. I've seen a few people that are from different times to one another. It does add to the idea that we go home and forget.

This is our Ginny, but the one back home, I'd've sworn that was our Ginny too.

[ Unless, of course, she's not. ]

But it's not just memory, is it? They'd have to make us younger. Remove scars or wounds. Skills or anything else. It's possible, but why? Why bring us and then 'release' us?

I don't know. Maybe there's some kind of... Time paradox here.

[ Then something seems to snap inside of her. ]

Maybe whenever they're done with us we just get sent back home to wherever we were, changed back to whatever we were like then. As if we didn't do anything at all.

[ ...and there's Harry's temper rearing its ugly head. It seems he's fine with being kidnapped to another world, but that's just too far. It takes him a few moments to get himself back together before speaking: ]

There are people though, former shardholders and their children. They've never gone home.

[ Oh. Oh, Merlin, no, if that's true then -- ]

Maybe that's the connection. Our shards tie us to our home - our world. If we lose them then maybe we're stuck here, for good.
