artefacta cloaks.

DISILLUSIONMENT
Charmed with a Disillusionment spell, cloaks of this nature will act akin to wearing a chameleon, allowing the fabric to blend into the colour and texture of whatever the user in front of or around. This does not make the user completely invisible; it simply allows them to blend in to their background and become more difficult to see and notice. Stitched into the hem are protective runes to stop the cloak from tearing or low level damage.

PROTECTION
Imbued with protective charms, these cloaks are capable of defending their wearer from low-level magic, weak physical weapon attacks and arrows. Alongside the protective magic are a series of runes (thorn, algiz, eoh) to add more magical defence to the item, and another set to protect against fire, stitched on the inside of the hood. Stitched into the hem are protective runes to stop the cloak from tearing or low level damage.

WATERPROOFING
Thanks to the Impervius Charm, cloaks of this nature will be waterproof and allow for better sight in bad weather conditions, especially heavy rain, by preventing the rain from hitting their face. The cloak will repel both water and mist when worn and stitched into the hem are protective runes to stop the cloak from tearing or low level damage.

SILENT BOOTS
Boots charmed with the Imperturbable spell have a magical barrier upon them that prevent sound from escaping - naturally used on doors, the charm can be placed on objects to block sound but works the same way with other items. Set with runes to reinforce and protect them, these boots resist wear and tear but can still be damaged.

native allies.

DURAINA; guardswoman of treun;
A warrior, adept with a greatsword and capable with daggers, Duraina was once a thief that was punished for her crimes many years ago. Since then she has gone out of her way to prove herself worthy of protecting the people of the town, eventually entering the service of Marchioness Hermione Granger in order to aid refugees and imprison bandits. Prideful and quiet, she speaks very little and focusses on her actions more than her words, ignoring any looks she might be given by people.

RYIA; the broken soldier;
Once a soldier, Ryia lost her position in warfare when a battle wound damaged her leg and left her with a limp. Moving to Treun, she adopted herself into the guard and set herself up as a figurehead, helping arrange patrols and make sure bases were covered. She missed the action of fighting, however, and when the chance to raise her sword (and get a set of armour and a blade for free) came to light at the request of Marchioness Hermione Granger she took it eagerly. She now helps Duraina keep check of bandits and refugees in Treun and sends bi-weekly reports to the Citadel.

GALAN; bright spirit;
As a long term resident of Treun, Galan has learned the inner-workings of the town and knows all the right people for every situation. Now in the employ of Hermione Granger, he works as her guard, guide and assistant, keeping an eye on her while she works in Treun and doing errands for her - for the right amount of coin, of course. Flirtatious and sly, Galan knows where the trail of money leads and he's more than content to follow it - but he is loyal as long as there's money to be had. His honour is his mantle and he wears it with pride.
