[ It might be strange to say that she's gotten used to Gilgamesh's little habits, here and there; the strange way he ears and drinks, his mixed gallantry and teasing, the strange contrast between his arrogance and pride and the gentleness he does, at times, show and offer. It's like trying to crack a puzzle and finding the solution only to see there's an entirely new layer underneath still to discover.

She gives him an almost sly look, giddy and innocent excitement budding inside of her. Of course she wants to see what's in the box, trying to hide it all behind another sip of wine, letting him speak before she dares to say anything. ]


I won't fret.

[ It's almost petulant, instantly a little childishly defensive, as if she hasn't entirely gotten over having to prove herself or defend her point of view or her actions. ]
